If you’re reading this and thinking: Hold up, did you say spring blizzard?
Yep – you read that right. Snow in March and April is a thing, and Iowa winters can be loooong.
Which is why I love this time of year so much. Because after six months of living in the cold, there’s something special about the first signs of spring.
The first calf being born!
Seeing the first patch of green grass peeking through the ice.
Breathing in the smell of that first spring rain.
The first time you can crack open your window without freezing to death! 😅
