Michelle's Favorite Christmas Cookie Recipes

Let’s talk about the real MVPs of Christmas…

🍪THE COOKIES🍪

I mean…Santa isn’t requesting tiramisu to go with his big glass of milk on Christmas Eve.

Today, I’m sharing some of the goodies I make every year- guaranteed to leave your tummy (and holiday guests) feeling oh so joyful.

Grandma Ardath’s Almond Bark Peanut Clusters

This one’s fresh from the church cookbook and full of nostalgia!

1 lb. almond bark

1 (12 oz.) pkg. Chocolate chips

24 oz. dry roasted peanuts

Melt almond bark and chocolate chips in a 250-300 degree oven. Stir in peanuts. Drop on wax paper to cool.

Chocolate Peppermint Crinkle Cookies (click to cook)

Aside from the gingerbread cookies I’m fairly certain the crinkle cookie is the second official cookie of Christmas, especially when it's flavored with chocolate and peppermint.

Soft Gingerbread Cookies With Cinnamon Icing (click to cook)

Sometimes gingerbread gets a reputation of being a rock solid cookie, afterall you do build houses out of them, but not these cookies. They are rewriting the gingerbread book with their tender and chewy texture.
