Lilacs are one of my favorite parts about living in Iowa in the spring. They are so beautiful … but they’re also elusive and sneaky little buggers too! 😅
We have one lilac bush in our yard, and the minute I see any signs of spring, I am watching it like a hawk. You have to really pay attention because it will bloom for just two days and then it’s done until next year.
Which is sad, because …
